Local Delivery Information

At Happy Balloons®️, we specialize in handcrafted, custom-made products tailored to your unique needs. To ensure a smooth delivery experience, please review our shipping and delivery policies below.


Order Minimum

  • The minimum order amount is $50.


Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are calculated based on the distance from our location to your delivery address. These fees cover transportation costs only and do not include any setup or arrangement services.

  • Within 10 km: $20

  • 10 km - 20 km: $40

For addresses beyond 20 km, please contact us for a custom quote.


Delivery Hours

  • Deliveries are made daily between 6:00 PM and 9:00 PM.

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the order during this time.


Custom Orders

  • All our products are handcrafted and custom-made, which means they cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • To ensure timely delivery, custom orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance.


Order Processing

  • Once your order is confirmed, we will begin crafting your custom product.

  • You will receive a notification when your order is out for delivery.
