Thank you for choosing Happy Balloons! We strive to provide the best service and products for our customers. Please review our refund policy below to understand your rights and responsibilities when purchasing from us.

1. Custom-Made Products

  • Cancellation Before Production: If you need to cancel a custom-made product, you must notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled shipping or pickup time. Once production has started (within 24 hours of shipping or pickup), we cannot accept cancellations or offer refunds, as the product will have already been customized for you.

  • Refunds for Custom Products: If you cancel before the 24-hour window, you will receive a full refund.

2. Custom Decoration and Setup Services

  • Full Refund: For custom decoration and setup services, you may cancel and receive a full refund if you notify us at least 1 week (7 days) before the scheduled setup date.

  • No Refund Within 1 Week: If you cancel within 1 week (7 days) of the setup date, no refund will be issued. This is because we have already incurred costs for design, material preparation, and printing.

3. Large Custom Wedding Orders

  • Non-Refundable Deposit: For large custom wedding orders, the deposit is non-refundable. This is due to the extensive planning, design work, and material preparation required for such events.

4. General Refund Guidelines

  • Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will either replace the product or issue a refund, depending on the situation.

  • Non-Custom Products: For non-custom products, you may return the item within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at info@happyballoons.com.au with your order number and reason for the refund. We will process your request within 3 business days.

6. Final Interpretation

  • Happy Balloons reserves the right to the final interpretation of this refund policy. Any disputes or special cases will be resolved at our discretion.
