Custom printed balloons are balloons printed with a logo, simple artwork, brand message or event design. They are commonly used for corporate events, store openings, product launches, exhibitions, school events, brand activations and promotional campaigns.

Yes. We can print suitable business logos, simple artwork or short brand messages on selected balloons. Please email your artwork to info@happyballoons.com.au before placing an order so we can check whether the design is suitable for balloon printing.

Yes. You may be able to choose different balloon colours depending on stock availability and the selected product. For example, you may choose dark balloons such as black or red balloons and print with white ink, or choose light-coloured balloons and print with a darker ink colour.

No. For each printed balloon order, the ink colour needs to be one single colour only. Once the printing screen/template is prepared and one ink colour is applied, it is not practical to wash and change to another ink colour during the same production run. Please choose one print colour that works clearly with your selected balloon colours.

Yes. The custom printed balloon price includes the printing template/screen setup required for that order. The template is used for one production run with one ink colour. For example, whether you print 100 balloons or 200 balloons in the same order, they can be printed using the same template and the same ink colour.

No. The printing template is for single-use, single-colour production only. After the print run is completed and the ink dries on the screen/template, it cannot be reused for a future order. A new template setup will be required for any new printed balloon order.

Yes. Custom printed balloons have minimum order quantities, and the minimum quantity may vary depending on the balloon size, balloon type and printing requirements. Please refer to the product page for the selected balloon size, or contact us before ordering if you are unsure.

Please send us your logo, text or artwork before placing an order so we can confirm whether it can be printed clearly on balloons. Simple artwork, clear logos and short text usually work best. Very detailed images, gradients, tiny text or complex designs may not be suitable for balloon printing.

No. Custom printed balloons are usually designed for logo or brand printing, often for corporate or promotional use. Personalised bubble balloons are usually made for individual gifts or celebrations, such as names, ages or short birthday messages. The printing method, balloon type and preparation process may be different.

Yes. Custom printed balloons need to be pre-ordered because artwork checking, template setup, balloon preparation and production time are required. We recommend contacting us as early as possible, especially for corporate events, store openings, product launches and bulk orders.

Selected printed balloons may be suitable for helium inflation, depending on the balloon type, size and print requirements. Please let us know whether you need the balloons supplied flat, air-filled or helium-filled when making your enquiry.
