Happy Balloons offers convenient balloon pickup from our Chatswood store for customers who prefer to collect their balloons in person. You can order helium balloons, number balloons, personalised balloons, balloon bouquets, balloon flowers, balloon figurines and Party Express Sets online, then collect your order from our local balloon shop in Chatswood, Sydney.
Pickup is free of charge. Please review the guide below before collecting your balloons so your order can be prepared smoothly and transported safely.

Balloon preparation time varies depending on the product. Personalised balloons, custom colours, balloon flowers, balloon figurines and handmade designs may require extra preparation time.
What Can Be Picked Up?
Many of our online balloon products are available for pickup from our Chatswood store.
Large balloon decorations, balloon garlands, balloon arches, balloon columns and full event setups may not be suitable for customer pickup and may require delivery or on-site installation.
How to Pick Up Your Balloons
Car Space and Balloon Transport
Balloons can take up more space than expected. Before pickup, please make sure your vehicle has enough clean and empty space for your order, especially for helium balloon bouquets, large number balloons, personalised balloons and bubble balloons.
Use Enough Space
For larger balloon orders, a bigger vehicle is recommended. Avoid squeezing balloons into a small car.
Avoid Heat
Do not leave balloons in a hot car or direct sunlight. Heat can cause balloons to expand, change shape or pop.
Protect Balloons
Keep balloons away from sharp objects, rough surfaces, heavy bags and car doors.
Open Transport Bags
Plastic transport bags are for transport only. Remove balloons from the bag as soon as you arrive.
Custom and Personalised Pickup Orders
Custom-made balloon products usually require preparation time. Please place personalised balloon orders, custom colour requests, balloon flowers, balloon figurines and handmade designs as early as possible.
We recommend ordering at least 24 hours in advance for many custom products. Some event setups and detailed custom designs may need more time, especially for weekend orders.
If you need same-day pickup or an urgent order, please call or WhatsApp us before placing your order. Urgent pickup is subject to stock, preparation time and our daily schedule.
Important Pickup Notes
- Please arrive within your selected or confirmed pickup window.
- If you need to change your pickup time on the same day, please contact us as early as possible.
- Custom and personalised orders cannot usually be returned or exchanged because they are made specifically for your order.
- Please check your balloon colours, personalisation details and order items before leaving the store.
- Keep balloons away from sharp objects, rough surfaces, heat and direct sunlight after pickup.
