For ready-made balloon products that do not need custom event decoration or installation, choose the product online—such as a balloon flower bouquet—add it to your cart, select Store Pickup or Local Delivery, choose an available date and time slot, and add any colour, number or print details in the order note.
Step 1: Add the product to your cart
Open the ready-made balloon product you want. Select any available options shown on the product page, then click Add to cart.
Step 2: Choose pickup or delivery
In the cart, choose Store Pickup or Local Delivery. Next, select an available date and time slot before checkout.
Step 3: Add your order details
Open Add order note. Write the balloon colours, the number and number colour where relevant, and any wording that needs to be printed.
Example note: Number: 1, silver. Other balloons: silver and blue. Print: Happy Birthday [name].
If you need delivery outside the default 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm slot, contact Happy Balloons first. After the requested time is confirmed, still select the default 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm slot and write the confirmed delivery time in the order note.
Custom decoration and installation
For arches, garlands, venue decorations or installation, use the Decoration Enquiry instead of the ready-made product cart flow.
