For ready-made balloon products that do not need custom event decoration or on-site installation, choose the product online—such as a balloon flower bouquet—add it to your cart, select Store Pickup or Local Delivery, choose an available date and time slot, and add any colour, number or print details in the order note. This ready-made path is for finished balloon products prepared for Chatswood pickup or selected Sydney local delivery; it does not include a custom venue setup or on-site installation.
Choose the right ready-made balloon path

A retail disposable kit is a limited consumer product and is not the same as a finished Happy Balloons order, especially for foil, personalised or delivery-ready balloons.

Step 1: Add the product to your cart
Open the ready-made balloon product you want. Select any available options shown on the product page, then click Add to cart.
Step 2: Choose pickup or delivery
In the cart, choose Store Pickup or Local Delivery. Next, select an available date and time slot before checkout.

Step 3: Add your order details
Open Add order note. Write the balloon colours, the number and number colour where relevant, and any wording that needs to be printed.
Example note: Number: 1, silver. Other balloons: silver and blue. Print: Happy Birthday [name].
If you need a delivery time that is not shown as available at checkout, contact Happy Balloons first. We can confirm whether the requested timing is possible; do not assume a time is reserved until we reply. If we confirm an exception, follow the instructions we provide for the order note.
Custom decoration and installation
For arches, garlands, venue decorations or installation, use the custom decoration enquiry instead of the ready-made product cart flow. Custom decoration is planned around the venue, access, styling brief and installation requirements; it is a different service from ordering finished balloons for pickup or local delivery.
