Number balloons make the age, milestone or message clear at a glance. In Sydney, the right number balloon set depends on the display you want, whether the balloons need to float, how much space you have and how much personalisation the design needs.
Start with the moment you want the balloons to show
| What you want to show | A useful starting point |
|---|---|
| A child’s age or a birthday milestone | A number balloon or themed number set |
| A floating gift or table display | Helium number balloons or a helium bouquet with numbers |
| A styled focal point with a theme | A personalised or themed number set |
| A supported party display | An air-filled standing or display arrangement |
These are planning directions rather than fixed packages. Check the individual product page for the current format, inclusions and available options.
Helium, standing and display number balloons
Some number balloons are helium-filled and intended to float. Other number balloon sets are designed as standing or supported displays. The number itself does not determine the display method, so check the product description before ordering.
For floating options, browse the Helium Balloons collection. For themed, personalised and supported designs, browse the Number Balloon Sets collection.
Choose the number, colour and theme
Many number sets can be customised by number, colour theme and party style. Popular directions include milestone birthdays, children’s themes, baby celebrations, cartoon-inspired designs and restaurant or venue parties. Add the required age or number, preferred colours and theme notes when the product allows it.
A name, age or short message may be available for selected products. Personalisation is product-specific, so include the wording in the order note or contact Happy Balloons before ordering if the wording is important.
When should I order?
Number balloon sets usually need to be prepared in advance, especially when the design includes a theme, custom colours, personalisation, a weekend date or a busy celebration period. Order as early as possible so the correct number, colours and matching decorations can be checked.
Urgent or same-day requests must be confirmed before ordering. Read the Same-Day Balloon Delivery Sydney guide and contact Happy Balloons if the balloons are needed today.
Pickup or Sydney delivery
Number balloon sets may be available for Chatswood pickup or delivery to selected Sydney Metro areas. Availability depends on the suburb, order time, product size and preparation requirements.
For pickup, prepare clean vehicle space and keep the balloons away from heat and sharp objects. For delivery, provide the full address, postcode, receiving person, building access and any venue instructions. See Balloon Delivery Sydney for current service details.

Frequently asked questions
Are all number balloon sets filled with helium?
No. Some are helium-filled and others are standing or supported displays. Check the product description and contact Happy Balloons if you specifically need a floating number.
Can I choose any number and colour?
Many products allow the number and colour theme to be selected, but the options depend on the product. Add the request in the cart note or confirm it before ordering.
Will the finished set look exactly like the photo?
Number sets are handmade. The overall style, colour direction and design intent will be followed, but small differences may occur because of balloon availability, brand, colour shade and handmade shaping.
Can I order a number set urgently?
Urgent availability depends on the product, stock, preparation time, suburb and delivery or pickup schedule. Contact Happy Balloons before placing a same-day order.
