Our balloon delivery service is based from Happy Balloons in Chatswood. Delivery availability and delivery fees depend on the distance from our store, the date, the time required, product type and driver schedule.

Local delivery fees start from $20 depending on distance. For addresses further away, difficult access, large orders or orders requiring a very specific delivery time, the delivery fee may be higher and should be confirmed before ordering.

We deliver many of our online balloon products across nearby Sydney suburbs, including helium balloons, birthday balloons, personalised balloons and selected event balloon orders.

Our most common local delivery areas include Chatswood, Willoughby, Artarmon, Lane Cove, Roseville, Lindfield, Killara, Gordon, North Sydney, St Leonards, Crows Nest, Mosman, Ryde, Macquarie Park and surrounding suburbs.

Delivery to other Sydney areas may be available depending on order size, date, driver schedule and travel distance. If your suburb is not available at checkout, please contact us before ordering and we can check whether delivery is possible.

When placing an online order, please leave your preferred delivery date, delivery time and any important delivery instructions in the cart note field. This may include building access, parking instructions, recipient phone number or whether the balloons are for a surprise.

Delivery availability may vary depending on the product, preparation time, location and our event setup schedule. Weekend and peak event dates can become busy in advance.

Same-day or urgent balloon delivery may be possible for selected products, depending on stock, preparation time, delivery distance and driver availability.
