Our balloon delivery service operates from Happy Balloons in Chatswood. Delivery availability and delivery fees are based on the delivery suburb and postcode, the date, the time required, product type and driver schedule.

Sydney CBD local delivery starts from $40. Delivery fees for other selected Sydney suburbs are based on the delivery suburb and postcode. For postcodes outside the usual local area, difficult access, large orders or orders requiring a very specific delivery time, the delivery fee may be higher and should be confirmed before ordering.

We deliver many of our online balloon products across nearby Sydney suburbs, including helium balloons, birthday balloons, personalised balloons and selected event balloon orders.

Happy Balloons mainly serves Chatswood and nearby Sydney suburbs for balloon delivery. Our most common local delivery areas include Chatswood, Willoughby, Artarmon, Lane Cove, Roseville, Lindfield, Killara, Gordon, North Sydney, St Leonards, Crows Nest, Mosman, Ryde, Macquarie Park and surrounding suburbs.

Delivery to other Sydney areas may be available subject to the delivery suburb and postcode, order size, date and driver schedule. If your suburb is not available at checkout, please contact us before ordering and we can check whether delivery is possible.

When placing an online order, please leave your preferred delivery date, delivery time and any important delivery instructions in the cart note field. This may include building access, parking instructions, recipient phone number or whether the balloons are for a surprise.

Delivery availability may vary depending on the product, preparation time, location and our event setup schedule. Weekend and peak event dates can become busy in advance.

Same-day or urgent balloon delivery may be possible for selected products, depending on stock, preparation time, the delivery suburb and postcode, and driver availability.

Balloon delivery is popular for birthday gifts, surprise celebrations, office parties, school events, baby showers, gender reveals, hotel room decorations, restaurant celebrations and corporate events.

Balloons are delicate and can be affected by heat, sunlight, rough surfaces and temperature changes. Once you receive your balloons, please remove them from any plastic transport bags as soon as possible and keep them indoors in a cool, dry area.
