Our default balloon delivery time is generally between 6pm and 9pm. If you need delivery at another time, please call us before placing your order so we can confirm whether a suitable delivery time is available.

Yes, a specific delivery time may be possible depending on our schedule and your delivery area. Please call us first to confirm availability before placing your order. For requested delivery times outside our default 6pm–9pm delivery window, a minimum product order of $100 applies, excluding delivery fees. Once confirmed, you can place your order online and write the agreed delivery time in the cart note.

You can write your preferred balloon colours, theme details, name, message or custom print information in the cart note before checkout. Our team will review the note when preparing your order. If the request is unclear or not suitable for the selected product, we may contact you to confirm the details.

Float time depends on the balloon type, size, temperature, handling and where the balloons are displayed. Foil balloons usually last longer than latex balloons. Most latex helium balloons are treated with Hi-Float where suitable to help extend float time.

Most latex helium balloons from Happy Balloons® are treated with Hi-Float where suitable. Hi-Float helps latex balloons stay afloat longer, but float time can still be affected by heat, cold, sunlight, air conditioning and handling.

No. We do not inflate customer-supplied balloons. Balloons purchased from unknown suppliers may vary in quality and can pop, leak or fail to float properly. For the best result, we only inflate balloons supplied by Happy Balloons®.

Yes, helium balloons can float to the ceiling. However, if the ceiling is rough, uneven, textured or has sharp edges, the balloons may pop when they touch the surface. Please avoid letting helium balloons hit rough ceilings, lights, fans, sprinklers or sharp decorations.

The plastic bag used for transporting helium balloons is only for transport. Please open the bag and take the balloons out as soon as you receive them. Do not leave helium balloons sealed inside the bag, especially in places with large temperature changes such as inside a car. Please reuse or recycle the transport bag where possible.

Helium balloons are best used indoors or in protected areas. Outdoor conditions such as wind, heat, direct sunlight, rain and rough surfaces can affect float time and may cause balloons to move, deflate or pop more easily.

Please make sure your vehicle has enough space before collecting helium balloons. Keep balloons away from sharp objects, rough surfaces, heat and direct sunlight. Large helium balloon bouquets may require a spacious car with folded rear seats.
