Happy Balloons offers local balloon delivery in Sydney from our Chatswood store. We deliver helium balloons, number balloons, balloon bouquets, personalised balloons, balloon flowers, balloon figurines and selected Party Express Sets to homes, offices, restaurants, hotels and event venues.
Delivery fees start from $20 and vary depending on distance, delivery time, parking, access and order size. Please review the guide below before placing your order.

Minimum order amount: $50
For delivery locations over 20 km from our Chatswood store, the minimum order amount is usually $100.

Our local balloon delivery fees are calculated based on distance from our Chatswood store. These fees cover transportation only and may vary for difficult access, limited parking, special time requests or large orders.

Delivery Time
Our standard balloon delivery window is usually 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm. The recipient must be available during the delivery window to receive the balloons.
Need a different delivery time?
Other delivery times may be possible, but please call or WhatsApp us before placing your order to confirm availability. Once the delivery time has been confirmed, please write the confirmed time in the cart note field before checkout.
Urgent or Same-Day Delivery
Same-day balloon delivery is not always guaranteed. It depends on product availability, preparation time, delivery distance and our daily event setup schedule.

What Can Be Delivered?
We can deliver many of our online balloon products across Sydney, including:
Large balloon decorations, balloon garlands, balloon arches, balloon columns and full party setups may require delivery, on-site installation and sometimes collection after the event.
Important Delivery Notes
- Please make sure the recipient is available during the delivery window.
- Please provide a correct address, phone number and any apartment, loading dock, parking or access details.
- For restaurants, hotels, offices and venues, please check that balloons are allowed before placing your order.
- Helium balloons should be kept away from sharp objects, rough surfaces, heat and direct sunlight.
- Plastic transport bags are used only for transporting balloons. Please reuse or recycle them where possible.
- After receiving your balloons, please remove them from the plastic transport bag as soon as possible. Do not leave helium balloons sealed inside the bag, especially inside a car or in places with large temperature changes.

No. We do not inflate balloons purchased elsewhere, as balloon quality and safety cannot be guaranteed.
