A floral welcome led into the main celebration space

The welcome sign introduced the celebration with a soft floral treatment, white and blush balloons and a small hand-finished bouquet. Keeping the welcome detail separate from the main backdrop gave guests an immediate first impression of the day’s palette.

Handmade details gave the setup its character

The baby-girl balloon sculpture was made as a focal detail rather than a generic add-on. A small bottle, yellow duck and balloon flowers carried the same soft palette into the close-up pieces.

Small white balloon arrangements, greenery and delicate floral accents brought the main palette onto the dining tables. These details helped the restaurant setting feel connected from the welcome sign through to the celebration tables.

The setup was planned in three connected zones: the welcome sign, the main backdrop and small table styling.

From the welcome sign through to the backdrop and tables, the soft pink, white, lilac and gold palette stayed consistent. The finished room felt layered and celebratory while keeping the restaurant layout open and usable.
