Doltone House Sydney Wedding Signing Ceremony Decoration

For this rooftop wedding signing ceremony at Doltone House, we created a light, garden-inspired setting that lets the city view remain part of the ceremony. Green-and-white artificial flowers, white helium balloons and transparent bubble balloons bring a soft, elegant frame to the signing area and aisle.

A rooftop ceremony framed by the Sydney skyline

The rooftop setting already offered a memorable backdrop, so the styling was planned to complement it rather than compete with it. Two tall floral features define the ceremony entrance, while the open space between them keeps the skyline visible as guests take their seats.

Green-and-white artificial flowers for a garden-inspired frame

The main floral treatment combines white blooms with layered green foliage and lighter botanical textures. The arrangements are intentionally full through the lower sections and more open towards the skyline, giving the ceremony a polished garden feel while remaining practical for a rooftop setup.

White helium balloons and transparent bubble balloons

White helium balloons add a clean floating layer around the ceremony, and the clear bubble balloon introduces a subtle reflective detail without blocking the city view. Together, the balloons echo the white florals and add movement around the railings and seating area.

Thoughtful details around the signing table

The signing table was styled as part of the same visual story, with the burgundy marriage book, white ring pillow and green-and-white bouquet providing a close-up focal point. These details connect the ceremony styling with the moment of signing itself.

A graceful ceremony entrance with room to enjoy the view

This Doltone House installation brings together artificial florals, helium balloons and a transparent bubble balloon in a clean green-and-white palette. The result is an inviting ceremony entrance and signing setting that feels special in photographs while allowing the Sydney skyline to stay centre stage.
