The installation used classic red and gold festive colours across the event environment, from the entrance arch and floating helium balloons to the stage backdrop and surrounding atmosphere balloons.

The same celebratory visual language carried through the arrival walkway, seating area and main stage, creating a clear experience from the first step inside.

Designed for a large venue

From the entrance walkway to the main stage

For this large commercial setup, balloon styling was used at different scales so the event felt connected throughout the venue. The entrance arch established the red-and-gold welcome, while helium balloons added height and movement along the walkway and seating area.

At the front of the room, the stage backdrop combined hanging red lanterns with clustered balloon details and event lighting. The result was a strong focal point for the program, with the balloon work supporting the existing branded backdrop rather than competing with its wording.

Red seating, red carpet and warm gold accents completed the festive atmosphere and gave the full event space a consistent Chinese New Year finish.
