Outdoor Gender Reveal Balloon Decoration at Olympic Park
An outdoor gender reveal at Olympic Park, combining a pink-and-blue circular balloon backdrop, artificial flowers, wind-secured installation and an interactive 80cm reveal box.
Outdoor focal point
A wind-secured focal point for the park
The circular pink-and-blue backdrop was built around the outdoor space, with artificial flowers, clear balloons and guy lines visible in the installation. Planning the anchoring details was part of making the focal point work in an open park setting.
Custom reveal mechanism
The reveal box kept the moment hidden
The 80cm custom reveal box was designed as the hidden centrepiece of the outdoor setup. Its opening created a clear change from the prepared display to the reveal moment, while the connected balloon details stayed together as the box opened.
Handmade balloon details
Connected details made the reveal personal
A handmade balloon baby sculpture and paired helium balloons carried the pink-and-blue palette through the centre of the display. The details were built to read as a complete composition rather than separate props.
The reveal was designed as a sequence: a prepared outdoor focal point, a closed custom box, the opening moment and connected balloon details.
