Framing the stage

A matched pair that keeps the event focus clear

Two matching orange and yellow balloon columns were positioned beside the event projection. Printed theme details and silver star accents added character while keeping the projection area clear and visually legible.

A bright entrance into the auditorium

A bold welcome built around the venue’s arrival point

The entrance arch combined orange, yellow and white balloons in different sizes with silver star accents. Its organic shape gave guests a bright visual welcome as they moved into the auditorium.

This case study shows a colour-led event installation created for a State Library NSW event. The design language was carried across the stage columns and entrance arch so the guest experience felt connected from arrival to the main event space.
