Designed around the dance floor
This reception backdrop was planned as a strong focal point at the front of the venue, while keeping the stage and dance floor open for guests. The more involved installation brought together the truss, shaped KT-board panels, fabric, pearl strands, lighting and floral styling as one coordinated scene.
Rather than filling the floor with balloons, helium balloons were placed around the venue to add atmosphere without getting in the way of dancing or movement.

The truss and dimensional KT-board forms create height and a defined stage-style frame for the reception.
Colour-matched floral design
Our team arranged the artificial flowers and greenery to coordinate with the palette; these were not off-the-shelf finished bouquets.
Atmosphere without crowding
Mr & Mrs lighting, pearl strands and selected helium accents add detail while keeping the dance floor practical.
