🎈 Why There Are 5 Mini Balloons Inside

The quantity and size of the mini balloons are carefully controlled to balance the stuffed-balloon appearance with the lifting capacity of the 18-inch Bubble Balloon.

Weight Affects Float Time Adding more mini balloons would increase the total weight and may reduce the Bubble Balloon’s lift and floating time.
Mini Balloons Are Kept Small The 5-inch mini balloons are not inflated to their full manufacturer size during preparation.
More Space for Helium Keeping the mini balloons smaller leaves more space for helium inside the outer Bubble Balloon.
Designed for the Smaller Bubble Five mini balloons provide a visible stuffed effect without adding excessive weight to the 18-inch Bubble Balloon.
The quantity and size of the mini balloons form part of this product design and are not increased on request, as additional weight may affect floating performance.

⏳ Natural Changes to the Mini Balloons

The mini balloons may gradually become larger after the Bubble Balloon has been prepared. This may happen as helium slowly moves through the latex material of the inner balloons over time.

Gradual enlargement of the mini balloons is a normal characteristic of this stuffed Bubble Balloon design and does not indicate a product fault.

The positions of the mini balloons may also change during transport or as the outer Bubble Balloon gradually changes over time. Each handmade arrangement will therefore have its own natural appearance.

🎨 Choose the Mini Balloon Colours

The outer Bubble Balloon is clear. Your colour selection applies to the five mini balloons placed inside.

How to submit your colours:
Enter your preferred mini balloon colours and quantities in the cart note before checkout.
Example colour notes:
  • 2 light pink, 2 white and 1 rose gold
  • 3 pastel blue and 2 silver
  • 2 black, 2 champagne gold and 1 white
  • Mixed colours to match our event or company theme

If a requested colour is unavailable, our team may contact you to discuss the closest suitable alternative.

🎀 Lightweight Bow Finish

This 18-inch Bubble Balloon is supplied with a bow finish only. Tassels are not offered with this smaller Bubble Balloon.

Colour Coordinated The bow colour is selected to coordinate with the chosen mini balloon colours.
Suitable Size The bow is intentionally kept to a suitable size to create a neat appearance without adding excessive weight.
Why tassels are not available:
Tassels add more weight than a bow. Because the 18-inch Bubble Balloon has less lifting capacity than the larger 24-inch version, adding tassels may reduce its lift and floating time. For this reason, only a lightweight bow finish is supplied.
If you require a particular bow colour, include the request in the cart note. Otherwise, our team will select a colour that suits the inner balloons.

ℹ️ No Balloon Longevity Solution

This stuffed Bubble Balloon is not treated with the professional balloon longevity solution used in our standard latex helium balloons.

The mini balloons are placed inside the clear Bubble Balloon as part of the decorative design. Balloon treatment is not applied inside this product.

The completed balloon is intended for short-term decorative display. Changes in firmness, shape, mini balloon size and overall appearance over time are normal.

✍️ Optional Personalised Lettering

Personalised vinyl lettering can be applied to the outside of the clear Bubble Balloon for an additional fee. Suitable wording may include a name, age, short birthday greeting, congratulations message or another brief event message.

Lettering Content Enter the exact wording, including spelling and capitalisation, in the cart note.
Lettering Colour Clearly state your preferred lettering colour in the cart note.
Keep the Message Short Short wording creates larger, clearer and easier-to-read lettering.
Choose Good Contrast Select lettering that remains visible against the colours of the mini balloons inside.
Personalisation is not included by default:
Lettering will only be added when the paid personalised lettering option is selected. Writing a message in the cart note without selecting the paid option does not include lettering.
Lettering visibility:
Avoid choosing lettering that is the same or very similar to the mini balloon colours behind it. A contrasting colour will usually be easier to read.
Wording length:
Longer messages require smaller lettering. Because this is the smaller 18-inch Bubble Balloon, a name, age or one short message is strongly recommended.
Natural lettering changes:
The outer Bubble Balloon may gradually contract over time. As its surface becomes smaller, externally applied vinyl lettering may wrinkle, lift or change in appearance. This is a normal characteristic of Bubble Balloons and applied vinyl lettering.

The 18-inch measurement is the manufacturer’s size classification for the balloon. The Bubble Balloon is professionally inflated to an appropriate display size to balance its shape, appearance, handling, durability and floating performance.

This product is individually assembled by hand. The final positioning, size and spacing of the mini balloons may vary slightly from the product photographs.

Our helium balloons are prepared for short-term event and decorative use.

Latex helium balloons supplied by Happy Balloons are treated with a professional balloon longevity solution to help slow helium loss and extend float time. However, helium will still gradually escape, and changes in firmness, lift and appearance over time are normal.

For the best appearance, we recommend arranging pickup or delivery as close as reasonably possible to your event time.

Float time and appearance may be affected by balloon type, temperature, sunlight, air conditioning, venue conditions and handling.

🎈 Float Time & Appearance

Latex Helium Balloons

All latex helium balloons supplied by us are treated with a professional longevity solution. This helps slow helium loss but does not stop it completely.

Best appearance is generally within the first 24–48 hours. Over time, latex balloons will naturally become softer and gradually lose lift as helium escapes. These are expected characteristics of helium-filled latex balloons.

Clear Bubble Balloons & Vinyl Lettering

Clear bubble balloons may gradually contract over 24–48 hours.

For the best visual result, clear bubble balloons with personalised vinyl lettering are recommended for events where they will be enjoyed within the first 24 hours.

As the balloon surface gradually reduces in size, externally applied vinyl lettering may lift, wrinkle or change in appearance, even without handling. This is a normal characteristic of helium-filled clear balloons and applied vinyl materials.

For displays requiring longer-lasting appearance stability, foil balloons or other display options may be more suitable.

🚚 Pre-order, Pickup & Delivery

Many of our helium balloon products are made to order and require advance preparation.

Please check the individual product description for the recommended pre-order time.

Our standard delivery window is generally between 6:00pm and 9:00pm. If you require a different delivery time, please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability. Once confirmed, write the agreed delivery time in the cart note.

Pickup times must also be arranged within our opening hours.

Many of our balloon products are made to order and prepared specifically for your event.

Our online inventory may not always reflect real-time balloon colour, design or material availability. If an ordered colour or component is unavailable, our team may contact you to discuss a suitable alternative.

Please note that handmade and custom-made balloon products may not look exactly the same as the example photographs. Balloon size, positioning, colour appearance and arrangement may vary slightly, as each order is individually prepared.

Product images are intended as a style and design reference. We will make every reasonable effort to create a finished product that closely reflects the selected design.

⚠️ Safety, Care & Environmental Notice

Child Safety

Balloons are decorative products and are not toys. Uninflated or burst balloons may present a choking or suffocation hazard, particularly for young children.

Adult supervision is required. Keep uninflated balloons away from children and dispose of burst or damaged balloons immediately.

Latex balloons are made from natural rubber latex and may cause an allergic reaction in some individuals.

Balloon Care

Keep balloons away from sharp objects, rough surfaces, direct sunlight, heaters, hot vehicles and areas with significant temperature changes.

Freshly inflated helium balloons may have strong upward lift. If balloons are released against a rough or textured ceiling, they may be damaged or burst.

Our plastic balloon bags are intended for transportation only. Please remove the balloons from the bag immediately after pickup or delivery. Do not leave helium balloons sealed inside the bag, especially inside a vehicle or another area affected by heat or temperature changes.

Please reuse or recycle the transport bag where possible.

Environmental Care

Always keep helium-filled balloons securely attached to a suitable balloon weight to help prevent accidental release.

Foil balloons conduct electricity and must be kept away from power lines, electrical equipment and railway overhead wires.

Do not intentionally release latex or foil balloons outdoors. Dispose of balloons, ribbons and packaging responsibly after use.
