Balloon Colours and Printing Colour

Balloon colours and the printing colour must be confirmed with us by email. Balloon colour availability may vary.

For the clearest and most visible result, we normally recommend:

  • Light-coloured balloons with dark-coloured printing
  • Dark-coloured balloons with light-coloured printing

Strong contrast helps the logo or message stand out. Different balloon colours may be selected within the same order, subject to availability, but one ink colour must be used across all 100 balloons.

Artwork Requirements

Please email your logo, wording or artwork to info@happyballoons.com.au before placing your order.

Simple, clear and high-contrast artwork generally produces the best printing result. Fine details, photographs, gradients and complex multicolour designs may not be suitable for latex balloon printing. We will review the artwork and confirm whether it can be printed.

Production Time

Please order at least 7 days in advance. Production begins only after the artwork, balloon colours, ink colour and required completion date have been approved.

For large corporate events, busy periods or fixed event deadlines, we recommend contacting us as early as possible. Availability must be confirmed before ordering.

Pickup and Delivery

The balloons are supplied air-filled, attached to sticks and ready to use. Pickup is available from Happy Balloons® in Chatswood.

Sydney delivery may be available for an additional fee, depending on the delivery address, required date, access conditions and order schedule. Please contact us for a delivery quote before ordering.

Please note: Air-filled balloons on sticks do not float. They are designed to be handed out, placed into display stands or used as promotional decorations.

How many balloons are included?

This product includes 100 custom printed 25cm latex balloons, air-filled and individually assembled on balloon sticks.

Do these balloons float?

No. They are filled with air and attached to balloon sticks, so they do not float.

Can I print my company logo?

Yes, provided the logo is suitable for latex balloon printing. Please email the artwork to info@happyballoons.com.au for approval.

Can I choose more than one balloon colour?

Yes, different balloon colours may be selected subject to availability. However, one ink colour must be used across the complete order.

Can you print more than one ink colour?

Is delivery included?

No. Pickup from Chatswood is available, while Sydney delivery may be arranged for an additional fee.

🎈 Helium Balloon Longevity & Appearance

All latex helium balloons supplied by us are treated with a professional longevity solution. This helps slow helium loss, but does not stop it entirely, and gradual changes over time are expected.

Over time, latex balloons will naturally soften and reduce in lift as helium gradually escapes.

This change is normal and foreseeable, and does not indicate a defect or quality issue.

Clear Bubble (Bubble) Balloons & Vinyl Lettering

Clear bubble balloons may gradually contract over 24–48 hours. For best visual results, clear bubble balloons with vinyl lettering are recommended for events where they will be enjoyed within the first 24 hours.

As the balloon surface reduces in size, externally applied vinyl lettering may lift or wrinkle, even without handling or movement.

This is a known characteristic of helium-filled clear balloons and applied vinyl materials.

For events requiring longer-term appearance stability, foil balloons or alternative display options are recommended.

SAFTY & BALLOON CARE NOTICE

Warning: Balloons are not toys. Uninflated or burst balloons pose a serious choking or suffocation risk for children. Adult supervision is required at all times. Please keep uninflated balloons out of reach of children, and dispose of any ruptured balloons immediately. Proper disposal of both foil and latex balloons is essential. Note that latex balloons are made from 100% natural rubber latex, which may trigger allergic reactions in some individuals.

Clear balloons with vinyl lettering are designed for short-term display.

Balloon contraction over time may affect the appearance of applied vinyl.

Environmental Care: Always ensure helium-filled balloons are securely tied to a weight to prevent accidental release into the air. Foil balloons are conductive and can pose electrical hazards. Do not release helium-filled foil balloons into the environment. Proper care and handling are necessary to minimize environmental impact.
