Our helium balloons are prepared for short-term event and decorative use.

Latex helium balloons supplied by Happy Balloons are treated with a professional balloon longevity solution to help slow helium loss and extend float time. However, helium will still gradually escape, and changes in firmness, lift and appearance over time are normal.

For the best appearance, we recommend arranging pickup or delivery as close as reasonably possible to your event time.

Float time and appearance may be affected by balloon type, temperature, sunlight, air conditioning, venue conditions and handling.

Latex Helium Balloons

All latex helium balloons supplied by us are treated with a professional longevity solution. This helps slow helium loss but does not stop it completely.

Best appearance is generally within the first 24–48 hours. Over time, latex balloons will naturally become softer and gradually lose lift as helium escapes. These are expected characteristics of helium-filled latex balloons.

Clear Bubble Balloons & Vinyl Lettering

Clear bubble balloons may gradually contract over 24–48 hours.

For the best visual result, clear bubble balloons with personalised vinyl lettering are recommended for events where they will be enjoyed within the first 24 hours.

As the balloon surface gradually reduces in size, externally applied vinyl lettering may lift, wrinkle or change in appearance, even without handling. This is a normal characteristic of helium-filled clear balloons and applied vinyl materials.

For displays requiring longer-lasting appearance stability, foil balloons or other display options may be more suitable.

Many of our helium balloon products are made to order and require advance preparation.

Please check the individual product description for the recommended pre-order time.

Our standard delivery window is generally between 6:00pm and 9:00pm. If you require a different delivery time, please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability. Once confirmed, write the agreed delivery time in the cart note.

Pickup times must also be arranged within our opening hours.

Same-day or urgent orders must be confirmed with us before ordering, as availability cannot be guaranteed.

Many of our balloon products are made to order and prepared specifically for your event.

Our online inventory may not always reflect real-time balloon colour, design or material availability. If an ordered colour or component is unavailable, our team may contact you to discuss a suitable alternative.

Please note that handmade and custom-made balloon products may not look exactly the same as the example photographs. Balloon size, positioning, colour appearance and arrangement may vary slightly, as each order is individually prepared.

Product images are intended as a style and design reference. We will make every reasonable effort to create a finished product that closely reflects the selected design.

Child Safety

Balloons are decorative products and are not toys. Uninflated or burst balloons may present a choking or suffocation hazard, particularly for young children.

Adult supervision is required. Keep uninflated balloons away from children and dispose of burst or damaged balloons immediately.

Latex balloons are made from natural rubber latex and may cause an allergic reaction in some individuals.

Balloon Care

Keep balloons away from sharp objects, rough surfaces, direct sunlight, heaters, hot vehicles and areas with significant temperature changes.

Freshly inflated helium balloons may have strong upward lift. If balloons are released against a rough or textured ceiling, they may be damaged or burst.

Our plastic balloon bags are intended for transportation only. Please remove the balloons from the bag immediately after pickup or delivery. Do not leave helium balloons sealed inside the bag, especially inside a vehicle or another area affected by heat or temperature changes.

Please reuse or recycle the transport bag where possible.

Environmental Care

Always keep helium-filled balloons securely attached to a suitable balloon weight to help prevent accidental release.

Foil balloons conduct electricity and must be kept away from power lines, electrical equipment and railway overhead wires.

Do not intentionally release latex or foil balloons outdoors. Dispose of balloons, ribbons and packaging responsibly after use.
