Number Balloon Sets are large, fully assembled balloon displays prepared for your
selected pickup or delivery date.

Please check the individual product description carefully to confirm whether the
number balloons are:

• air-filled standing number displays attached to decorative balloon bases; or
• helium-filled number balloons designed to float.

The exact contents vary between products. Some sets also include latex helium
balloons, foil balloons, Bubble Balloons, decorative bases or personalised print.

in the cart note before checkout.

Number Balloon Sets are much larger than standard balloon bouquets. Please make
sure your vehicle has enough clear space before selecting store pickup.

One or two number displays:

One-number and two-number sets can usually fit in a large SUV when the second-row
seats are folded down and the rear storage area is completely cleared.

• Fold down the second-row seats before arriving.
• Remove child seats, luggage, boxes and loose items where possible.
• Keep the boot and rear cabin clear.
• Do not compress the balloons against the roof, doors or other items.

Three-number displays:

Three-number sets, such as “100” for a 100-day celebration or 100th birthday, are
significantly larger. They will generally not fit safely inside a standard family
car or ordinary SUV.

A van or suitable commercial vehicle is normally required for three-number sets.
Happy Balloons delivery is strongly recommended for these larger arrangements.

Vehicle capacities vary. If you are unsure whether the completed arrangement will
fit, please contact us before selecting pickup.

We cannot dismantle or significantly compress a completed number display simply
to make it fit into an unsuitable vehicle, as this may damage the product.

Some Number Balloon Sets include helium-filled latex balloons, foil balloons,
number balloons or Bubble Balloons. Please check the individual product description
for the exact helium-filled components included.

All latex helium balloons supplied by Happy Balloons are treated with a professional
longevity solution to help slow helium loss. This treatment extends float time but
does not stop helium from escaping completely.

Helium balloons are intended for short-term decorative display. Gradual softening,
reduction in lift and changes in appearance over time are normal.

Temperature, sunlight, air pressure, air-conditioning, vehicle heat and rough
handling may affect balloon performance.

Clear Bubble Balloons may gradually contract. Where vinyl print is applied to the
outside, the print may wrinkle, lift or change in appearance as the balloon surface
becomes smaller. This is a normal characteristic of helium-filled Bubble Balloons
and externally applied vinyl print.

Large foil number balloons use the manufacturer’s approximate size classification.
The final dimensions vary according to the number shape, brand, inflation level
and display style.

Different digits naturally have different proportions. For example, the number
“1” is narrower than numbers such as “8”, “0” or “9”.

Air-filled number displays are attached to handmade decorative balloon bases and
are designed to stand on the floor. They do not float.

Helium-filled number balloons are supplied with ribbons and are designed to float.

As each arrangement is handmade, the exact balloon placement, finished height,
base shape and colour distribution may vary slightly from the product photographs.

Customised products will be prepared according to the details supplied with the order.

Not every number is available in every colour at all times. If a requested number,
colour or balloon style is unavailable, our team may contact you to discuss the
closest suitable alternative.

Where personalised print is offered as a paid option, writing a message in the cart
note without selecting the paid print option does not include printing.

Many of our balloon products are custom-made for a specific order and event date.
Online inventory does not always represent real-time availability of every number,
colour, balloon style or printed component.

If a selected item is unavailable, our team may contact you to discuss an appropriate
alternative. Custom-made products may also vary slightly from the photographs, as
each arrangement is individually prepared.

Number Balloon Sets require advance preparation. Please check the preorder time
stated on the individual product page.

For pickup times, delivery areas, standard delivery windows and applicable fees,

Large two-number and three-number displays may require delivery due to their size.
Please contact us before ordering if you are uncertain whether your vehicle is suitable.

If collecting balloons in transport bags, remove the balloons from the bags
promptly after arrival. Do not leave helium balloons sealed inside bags or inside
a hot vehicle.

Child Safety

Balloons are decorative products and are not toys. Uninflated or burst balloons may present a choking or suffocation hazard, particularly for young children.

Adult supervision is required. Keep uninflated balloons away from children and dispose of burst or damaged balloons immediately.

Latex balloons are made from natural rubber latex and may cause an allergic reaction in some individuals.

Balloon Care

Keep balloons away from sharp objects, rough surfaces, direct sunlight, heaters, hot vehicles and areas with significant temperature changes.

Freshly inflated helium balloons may have strong upward lift. If balloons are released against a rough or textured ceiling, they may be damaged or burst.

Our plastic balloon bags are intended for transportation only. Please remove the balloons from the bag immediately after pickup or delivery. Do not leave helium balloons sealed inside the bag, especially inside a vehicle or another area affected by heat or temperature changes.

Please reuse or recycle the transport bag where possible.

Environmental Care

Always keep helium-filled balloons securely attached to a suitable balloon weight to help prevent accidental release.

Foil balloons conduct electricity and must be kept away from power lines, electrical equipment and railway overhead wires.

Do not intentionally release latex or foil balloons outdoors. Dispose of balloons, ribbons and packaging responsibly after use.
