This large personalised helium balloon display includes two printed foil number balloons, nineteen latex helium balloons and one printed 18-inch Bubble Balloon. The balloons are divided into two coordinated sides to create a complete floor display for milestone birthdays, anniversaries and special celebrations.

🎈 Two Large Coordinated Balloon Sides

The display is designed with two larger balloon arrangements positioned around the two central number balloons.

First Side One bunch of ten latex helium balloons arranged at coordinated heights.
Second Side Nine latex helium balloons arranged together with one larger printed Bubble helium balloon.
The Bubble Balloon is larger than a standard latex balloon, helping the second side remain visually full and balanced even though it contains nine latex balloons.
The exact height and positioning of individual balloons may be adjusted during preparation to maintain balance, visibility and suitable lifting performance.

Choose any two digits from 0 to 9. The numbers may be the same or different, depending on the birthday age, anniversary or milestone being celebrated.

Keep number balloon wording short:
Number balloons have limited printable space. One short name, word or brief phrase is recommended on each number.
Choose contrasting print colours:
Use light print on dark balloons and dark print on light balloons. Similar balloon and print colours may be difficult to read.
Please check all spelling, numbers, punctuation and capitalisation carefully. Printing will be prepared according to the information supplied in the cart note.

🫧 Printed Stuffed Bubble Balloon

The clear 18-inch Bubble Balloon contains five mini balloons selected to coordinate with the overall colour theme. It is arranged as part of the side containing nine latex helium balloons.

Why five mini balloons?
Adding too many balloons inside increases the total weight and reduces the space available for helium. Five mini balloons provide a decorative appearance while maintaining suitable lifting performance.
Natural changes inside the Bubble Balloon:
The mini balloons are not inflated to their maximum size. Over time, pressurised helium may gradually enter the mini balloons and cause them to become slightly larger. This is a normal characteristic of stuffed Bubble Balloons.
Natural print changes:
As the Bubble Balloon gradually contracts, externally applied vinyl print may wrinkle, lift or change in appearance. This is normal and does not indicate a product fault.
The 18-inch measurement is the manufacturer’s size classification. The Bubble Balloon is professionally inflated to an appropriate display size rather than its maximum theoretical dimensions.

📐 Large Floor Display

This product is designed as a large coordinated floor display rather than a compact table bouquet. The two number balloons, nineteen latex helium balloons and printed Bubble Balloon create a substantial arrangement for cake tables, backdrops and photo areas.

Substantial vehicle space required:
The completed set contains twenty-two floating balloons and four decorative bases. Please make sure your vehicle has enough completely clear space before selecting store pickup.
Delivery is recommended if your vehicle cannot safely transport the complete arrangement without folding, squeezing or compressing the balloons.

🎈 Helium Balloon Performance

All floating balloons are intended for short-term decorative display. Helium gradually escapes over time, so balloons will naturally soften and lose lift.

Heat, cold, direct sunlight, strong air-conditioning, rough handling and leaving balloons inside a vehicle may affect balloon pressure, appearance and floating performance.
Keep all balloons indoors where possible and away from sharp objects, rough ceilings, heaters and strong airflow.

🚚 Chatswood Pickup or Sydney Delivery

This large helium balloon display is available for pickup from Happy Balloons in Chatswood or delivery to selected Sydney suburbs.

Keep the balloons upright during transport and do not compress them against the roof, doors, seats or other items.

Remove helium balloons from plastic transport bags immediately after receiving them. Do not leave the balloons sealed inside bags or inside a hot vehicle.

Our helium balloons are prepared for short-term event and decorative use.

Latex helium balloons supplied by Happy Balloons are treated with a professional balloon longevity solution to help slow helium loss and extend float time. However, helium will still gradually escape, and changes in firmness, lift and appearance over time are normal.

For the best appearance, we recommend arranging pickup or delivery as close as reasonably possible to your event time.

Float time and appearance may be affected by balloon type, temperature, sunlight, air conditioning, venue conditions and handling.

🎈 Float Time & Appearance

Latex Helium Balloons

All latex helium balloons supplied by us are treated with a professional longevity solution. This helps slow helium loss but does not stop it completely.

Best appearance is generally within the first 24–48 hours. Over time, latex balloons will naturally become softer and gradually lose lift as helium escapes. These are expected characteristics of helium-filled latex balloons.

Clear Bubble Balloons & Vinyl Lettering

Clear bubble balloons may gradually contract over 24–48 hours.

For the best visual result, clear bubble balloons with personalised vinyl lettering are recommended for events where they will be enjoyed within the first 24 hours.

As the balloon surface gradually reduces in size, externally applied vinyl lettering may lift, wrinkle or change in appearance, even without handling. This is a normal characteristic of helium-filled clear balloons and applied vinyl materials.

For displays requiring longer-lasting appearance stability, foil balloons or other display options may be more suitable.

🚚 Pre-order, Pickup & Delivery

Many of our helium balloon products are made to order and require advance preparation.

Please check the individual product description for the recommended pre-order time.

Our standard delivery window is generally between 6:00pm and 9:00pm. If you require a different delivery time, please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability. Once confirmed, write the agreed delivery time in the cart note.

Pickup times must also be arranged within our opening hours.

Child Safety

Balloons are decorative products and are not toys. Uninflated or burst balloons may present a choking or suffocation hazard, particularly for young children.

Adult supervision is required. Keep uninflated balloons away from children and dispose of burst or damaged balloons immediately.

Latex balloons are made from natural rubber latex and may cause an allergic reaction in some individuals.

Balloon Care

Keep balloons away from sharp objects, rough surfaces, direct sunlight, heaters, hot vehicles and areas with significant temperature changes.

Freshly inflated helium balloons may have strong upward lift. If balloons are released against a rough or textured ceiling, they may be damaged or burst.

Our plastic balloon bags are intended for transportation only. Please remove the balloons from the bag immediately after pickup or delivery. Do not leave helium balloons sealed inside the bag, especially inside a vehicle or another area affected by heat or temperature changes.

Please reuse or recycle the transport bag where possible.

Environmental Care

Always keep helium-filled balloons securely attached to a suitable balloon weight to help prevent accidental release.

Foil balloons conduct electricity and must be kept away from power lines, electrical equipment and railway overhead wires.

Do not intentionally release latex or foil balloons outdoors. Dispose of balloons, ribbons and packaging responsibly after use.
